3.2. In accordance with the laws of NAFDAC and Nigerian Food Protection Law, any farm found selling dangerous or unsafe products will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
4. Use of the Platform:
4.1. Farms using Afric Agro Farm agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities while using the platform.
5. Transactions and Payments:
5.1. Transactions on Afric Agro Farm are conducted between the buyer and the farm directly. The platform only provides the means for such transactions.
5.2. The platform offers secure payment processing, but any disputes related to payments or transactions should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
6. Privacy and Data Protection:
